We prepare a monthly schedule of programmes and events in the region. We regret that we will not be able to give a complete English version; however, with a little effort you can read the Czech pages as well.

The menu on the left is a list of clubs, theatres and cinemas around. These are listed by location. "Ruzne na Jicinsku" links to single events in locations not listed separately, "Ruzne u sousedu" links to programme pages at servers in the nearest towns outside the District of Jicin.

The Czech pages can be read with an adequate effort using the following clues:

Event name is always in CAPITALS
DIVADLO relates to THEATRE
PREDSTAVENI – performance
SOUBOR – ensemble (such as folclore e.)
VYSTAVA is EXHIBITION
KONCERT – concert, though!
KINO – CINEMA
BIOGRAF – another word for cinema
BESEDA, PREDNASKA – public lecture or discussion
HUDBA and similar words relate to MUSIC
TANEC, TANECNI – refers to DANCE
DETI, DETSKY concerns CHILDREN
